Return Policy

We will be glad to refund your money for any item that you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to Wired Expressions within 14 days of the shipping date in its original unused condition (including attached tags). Returns which arrive after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Unfortunately custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Of course we will always correct flaws at our expense. Please remember that the slight imperfections resulting from the use of natural stones enhance the beauty of our pieces.

Shipping Information

All jewelry is handmade to ship within 10 business days of the order placed. We always do our best to ship your order sooner but please keep this in mind when selecting your level of UPS shipping service. If same day or 2-Day shipping is required, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate your request. Please note we cannot ship to P.O Boxes. Shipping/Handling charges include delivery charges as well as the secure packaging of each item. International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. To determine the cost, please call us at 423-488-0981.

Our U.S. shipping/handling rates are as follows:

  • USPS Domestic Shipping
  • First Class $5.00+ - Expected delivery is 6-10 days.
  • Priority $7.50+ - Expected delivery 2-3 days.
  • Priority + Rush $17.50+ - Expected delivery 2-3 days.
  • Express $16+ + - Expected delivery 1-2 days.
  • Express + Rush $26+ - Guaranteed 1- 3 days.
  • USPS International Shipping
  • First Class International $6 + - Expected delivery 6-10 business days and can be held up in customs.

Please double check your shipping address. If the address listed for shipping is incorrect there are no refunds, and additional charges will be assessed to ship it again. Rush orders are guaranteed to ship within 24 hours of receiving the order Monday - Friday.

*Once the merchandise is given to the post office, no claims can be filed on the package until 30 days after the date the item(s) were shipped. Refunds and replacement merchandise will not be given on lost orders until the 30 days after the date of shipment when a claim is filed with the United States Postal Service.
